I'm Anita, a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. I have been in the industry for 6 years. I enjoy being a personal trainer for many reasons; first and foremost I love all sports and healthy living. When we are healthy, it motivates us in more areas of our lives than we can imagine. I definitely enjoy working with any type of individual whether it's sports conditioning, to minor or some severe injured, I've worked with post-surgery clients, elderly & adolescence, pre and post natal, cancer patients, those that need to lose a lot of weight or those who can't seem to shed those last 10 pounds, and individuals that need a motivational workout regemin!

I have further educated myself through various certifications, seminars, and hands-on workshops to be more than qualified and ready for a diverse variety of people.

Here Anita trains two teenagers at the same time. It takes a talented personal trainer to do this. Both of these kids are doing much better on their high school teams now because of Anita's help. Who says you have to go to the gym to get a great workout? All of our trainers show up with a car full of easily portable equipment, so they can train you at home. In-home personal training is the ultimate in convenience!

"I could never remember using the word Diet with my trainer Anita. Since my first day of training the only reoccurring theme has been a journey that would be life changing and permanent. Diets are temporary, but my experience with Anita has been in one word consistent. Thanks to the support of my trainer Anita, I have been able to transform the way that I look and feel about myself.
